It began with a challenge - when Colleen Bleazard agreed to lead a one off gospel workshop in Sidmouth on 6th September 2003 and we’ve never looked back.
When Colleen emigrated to Australia in May 2005 we had a 'year out' before John Montgomery took over the leadership until April 2009. In the summer of 2009 Andrew Hague joined us as musical director before leaving in 2010 to start his own choirs. Founder member Angie Carney stepped up and lead the choir until July 2016.
Following in Angie’s footsteps soprano, Kim Pritchard, took on the leadership for the next 7 years until July 2023.
